Brazil Goes Home After losing 2-1

The “Samba Kings” have lost 2-1 against Holland  today, leaving most of their supporters greatly disappointed.Brazil, who were hot  favourates to win todays match are now on their way home, joining Italy, France and Portugal;who were also considered to be strong contenders to win the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.

A goal by Wesley Snieder  accompanied by a clumsy own goal from Brazilian midfielder Felipe Melo secured a win for the Dutch. Brazil tried to pull a last minute comeback but just ended up squandering opportunities to equalize.
